Do you offer a price promise?

Yes. We promise to beat any of our competitors prices as long as the product is like for like.

Do you offer a delivery Service?

We offer a delivery service to anywhere in the UK mainland.

Delivery is charged at £12 per item. (If you require more than two items delivered, please ring us as we may be able to save you money)

We deliver to many areas on a weekly basis.

(All prices include VAT)

Most of our furniture should be despatched within 10 days of us receiving your order.

All deliveries are to the front door. If there are any special requirements we must be informed at point of purchase. Our courier delivers anytime between 8.30 – 5.30.  We will require a signature from the person accepting the delivery. If the furniture is delivered damage you must mark the delivery note as damaged. We will not be made liable to goods damaged by the courier if the note is signed for and not marked damaged.

You must notify us of any damage to the fire when the box has been opened within 48 hours by email. If the goods need to be returned because of a manufacturing fault we will arrange for the goods to be collected. If the goods need to be returned for any other reason you must use an insured delivery service as we will not be liable for fires lost or damaged in transit. Any damaged items returned will be repaired or replaced. We will refund the cost of delivering the goods to us if the product is found to be damaged or faulty. We will require a copy of the delivery invoice.

Do we offer a fitting service?

It is not possible for us to offer a installation service at this time.

Do you offer an assembly service?

No. In order to keep the prices as low as possible we supply the furniture flat packed. This helps keep the delivery costs to a minimum.

Do all the prices on your website include V.A.T?

Yes. All our Prices include VAT.

Do you offer secure payment?

Yes. We use Protx who offer the highest standard of fraud screening and are totally secure. Any information supplied by you is treated as private and confidential.
